As a volunteer organisation, the Baxter Fire Brigade relies significantly on donations from the community. These donations help support fundraising endeavours and assist the brigade in supporting the community in regards to operational firefighting, responding to motor vehicle accidents and teaching school children about the dangers of fire to name a few. Raising funds is a priority, as these are pivotal in the replacement, upgrade and maintenance of the brigade owned vehicle and various operational equipment.

There are several ways to get involved and help out the brigade in this matter:

Volunteer with the Baxter Fire Brigade.
The brigade is looking for both operational and non-operational members. If you would like to jump on board with the brigade fundraising team please do not hesitate to contact us. The fundraising team would like to be able to conduct an annual trivia night, along with various other fundraising events, however due to limited members in our brigade there is only so much we can do at any given time. For detailed information on volunteering with the brigade please see the volunteering section.

Make a donation.
If you would like to make a donation this would be greatly appreciated by the members of the brigade. Any donation over $2 is tax deductible. Donations can be sent to: P.O. Box 103 Baxter 3911.

Buy wine from Gateway Cellars.
The brigade currently has a promotion running with Gateway Cellars. This bottleshop is located on the corner of Frankston Flinders Road and Moorooduc Highway (next to subway). Gateway Cellars will donate $1 from every 'Wine of the Month' bottle sold to the Baxter Fire Brigade, which we will put towards upgrading operational equipment. Disclaimer / Site map
